Karen Farewell is the founder of The Armored Project, a trauma-informed approach to health, mindset, and performance. Born in Brazil and forged through adversity, she has survived violence, abuse, and loss, but turned every challenge into strength.

With a background in psychology, exercise science, and over a decade coaching in top Los Angeles fitness facilities, Karen helps others use their pain as power.

Today she lives in Florida with her husband, Joe Farewell, and their four children, dedicating her work to helping people build resilience, discipline, and purpose, inside and out.
