For years I’ve coached clients through everything, from emotional eating to rebuilding their strength after trauma to transforming their body in a way that actually lasts.
Over time, my work grew past simple macros and workouts. It became about identity, discipline, ownership and building a life that runs on structure, not chaos.
Now I’m creating a full online course that will bring this entire system together so more people can transform at scale.
While that is in the works, I’m keeping my 1:1 coaching open for a limited number of clients who want direct support right now.

From this session, I build your personalized plan.
2. Personalized Practical Plan & Strategy
Delivered within a few days after our consultation.
You will get:

• A tailored training structure for home or gym, designed for realistic consistency
• A discipline and mindset framework that helps your habits stick rather than collapse when life gets chaotic.

3. Two Follow-Up Check Ins
30 minutes each, spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart.
These calls are designed to:
