Why I’m Closing This Chapter

For years, I’ve coached clients through everything, from emotional eating to body transformation to rebuilding their strength after trauma.
But as my work evolved, I realized this journey was never just about macros, workouts, or habits.
It was about identity. Ownership. Power. 

Now, I’m building something bigger, a movement that integrates mindset, structure and strength.
But before that transition is complete, I want to open my calendar one last time for those who’ve been waiting for me to be back coaching, since I had my baby.

  • 1. Initial Consultation (60 minutes – online)
    A deep-dive session where you and I go over your current lifestyle, nutrition, mindset, and routines.
    We identify the real obstacles, not just what you eat or how you train, but the behaviors and triggers behind it. From there, I create your personalized plan.
  • 2. Personalized Plan & Strategy
    Within a few days after the call, you receive:
    • A custom nutrition plan based on your goals, preferences, and hormone health.
    • A tailored training structure (for home or gym), designed for realistic consistency.
    • A discipline and mindset framework (and hacks) to help you build habits that actually stick, not another program to follow, but a system you’ll understand and own.
  • 3. Two Follow-Up Check-Ins (30 minutes each)
    We schedule these about 2–3 weeks apart.
    These are designed to:
    • Adjust your plan as needed,
    • Address any mindset plateaus or energy dips
    • Keep you accountable and confident.
  • 4. Ongoing Messaging Support - 8 weeks
    You will have unlimited text or voice note access via Email, WhatsApp or Instagram for small questions, check-ins or support (within business hours) for 8 weeks from your initial consultation.
